Seal it. Forget it.
The money you lent a friend. The second-hand phone you bought. Your roommate's deposit. Agreed, recorded, closed. Vowla handles the rest.

Sounds familiar?
Things that happen to everyone, but nobody talks about.
"The corner was already cracked when I got it"
You lent your cousin your laptop. When it came back, there was a scratch on the lid. They say "it was already like that." And for a moment, you wonder — was it?
If the handover moment isn't on record, memories shift over time.
"No, we said the 20th"
You agreed on a payment date. Now you think it was the 10th, they think the 20th. No message thread, no clear memory.
Not bad faith — just human memory.
"I don't want to make it weird"
You lent your book. Months passed, still no word. You want to ask, but "they probably forgot, it'll be awkward." It stopped being about the book — it's the lingering uncertainty that wears you out.
It's not the question itself, it's the obligation to ask that exhausts you.
This is exactly where Vowla steps in.
How does it work?
A minute or two inside the app, then it finds its own way.
Seal
Record who you agreed with, about what, and when in Vowla. Both sides confirm — the seal is set.
Forget
Until the agreed date, get on with your life. Vowla tracks the time and reminds when needed.
Close or Dispute
If the promise was kept, close it with one tap. If something went wrong, the Community Jury steps in — a neutral view to resolve the disagreement.
What is the Community Jury?
A small panel selected randomly from real Vowla users. In a dispute, both sides present their evidence and accounts. The panel reads with a neutral eye, evaluates from their own experience, and casts their vote.
Everyone is anonymous.
The parties' names, phone numbers, and contact info are never shown to the jury — only the case and evidence are shared. The parties also cannot see who the jurors are. Everyone speaks and decides freely, without pressure.
What they decide:
- Who appears to be in the right
- What the records and evidence indicate
- How each party's Trust Score should be affected
What they don't do:
- They don't issue refunds or collect payments (Vowla is not a payment-holding platform)
- They don't make legally binding decisions
When a decision is reached, both parties see why it was made. The decision is reflected in the Trust Score — the next person will see this before agreeing to a transaction with you.
So how is this different from other guarantee systems?
Trust travels from person to person.
Other platforms hold your money during a transaction, then forget you. On Vowla, every promise, every decision stays in your Trust Score — person to person, transaction to transaction.
Every seal, every closed promise carries you to the next level.
